  • gsc e-board office hours have been determined and will be posted on gallatinstudent.com. gallatin students can come to the 7th floor of 418 lafayette (or the 6th floor of 726 broadway and take the stairs to the 7th floor) to the gsc office with questions, concerns, and issues for the council to take up
  • on the 26th of october gsc plans to host a costumed, halloween bash in kimmel (rosenthal) that will be a collaboration between several gallatin clubs and hopefully school or class councils.

miscellaneous business

  • tickets for gallatone’s sophomore sounds at ticket central have hit a snag. because it’s registered under sophomore sounds ticket central hasn’t been selling tickets to students when they ask for the gallatone show. gallatone should make a phone call and an email should be sent out on the listservs
  • should gsc speak with alumni for donations to fund student life events?
  • gpac is launching its g.post email for events outside of gallatin that students can send in and sign up for to receive news of events. students can either receive them as they come in or in digest form at the end of the week. melissa blundell is running the service.
  • the gallatin button bash this semester will raise money for the new york cares charity. students are also asked to bring in baked goods
