4:12PM - Introductions (Your Favorite Halloween Costume): Gordon, Julio, Maureen, Knight, Katherine, Daniele, Emma, Steve, Anson, Zack, Eric, Brad, Samantha, and Sam.

4:23PM - Lauren Kaminsky stops by to say hello.

4:24PM - Daniele updates students on the results of the class representatives elections posted at gallatinstudent.com.

4:25PM - Zack proposed GSC co-sponsor NYCares’ winter wishes program where low-income children recommended by social workers are bought gifts they couldn’t otherwise afford. Those present voted and approved $300 from GSC.

4:36PM - Sam G told us Tomek Gross has received no email responses about the GAF review, but will be sending out surveys soon.

4:41PM - Samantha updates us on student life: 1) Come to the Gallatin Lecture Series! 2) Bodies Exhibit on October 22, 2005. 3) No Tricks, Just Treats! 4) Stretch Relief Class on November 2, 2006. 5) Coffeehouse: Is it time to start talking about fascism? 6) Future coffeehouse committee meeting on November 7, 2006, 12:30-2pm in RM 528. 7) Dinealogue – Host one for yourself: see Samantha Shapses about it. 8) BOOK ROOMS FOR SPRING NOW!!!!!!!

5:01PM - Bailey reminds all of us students to do the responsible thing and GO OUT THERE AND VOTE!!!!! And the senate report: 1) Sustainability Taskforce meets this Thursday: A) Big changes in campus dining coming! B) Saferide over winterbreak 11PM – 6AM, and remember GUARDS WILL WALK YOU ANYWHERE AT ANYTIME! 2) For $5 you can stay at Greenwich Hotel during finals if you are a commuter student.

5:17PM - Maureen needs pictures and blurbs of events for the newsletter she creating.

5:20PM - Gordon announces that GallaSERVE is going to Williamsburg tomorrow to paint a children’s school, and next week we’re volunteering with City Year. Please come!

5:24PM – Julio informs us about the upcoming Town Hall on November 10th with the four committee chairs and their respective student representatives.

5:30PM – Random Announcements: Don’t forget Applefest 1-5PM in Kimmel Eisner & Lubin Auditorium on October 26, 2006.
