According to our constitution:
The Gallatin Student Council represents and supports the interests and needs of Gallatin students, both within the School and to the University at large, and is responsible for creating, facilitating and promoting community within the School. It is the only assemblage that shall have the right to represent students in this school or authorize others to do so.
